We want to give you (& every service) the time and attention you deserve. Cards are kept on file for no show & cancellation policy fees. At booking, your card is kept on file but you are NOT required to pay with it. You may choose to pay however you’d like at checkout. • We respectfully request at least 24hr notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 30% charge of the service. • No show appointments will receive a 100% service charge to make up for the inability to fill the appointment slot at last minute and the loss of expected funds. • Appointment deposits are non-refundable but may be moved one time, and will be deducted from your total the day of your appointment. If you need to move an appointment a second time, you will be required to pay a new deposit. *We understand emergencies do happen, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. *SCHEDULING* It is recommended to book ahead as most clients book 2-3 weeks out. If you are unable to find a slot that works for you, I may be able to squeeze you in somewhere. Squeeze in/after hour appointments will require $20 additional fee. Thanks!
